The key is that you are “going thru” meaning you are not stationary but moving towards your destiny and a greater day.
Whatever you are “going thru” this too shall pass.

This show was not for “somebody”. This show was for EVERYBODY! If you have made it out of the first grade then you have wronged someone else. If you survived that initial school experience someone has “wronged” you. Choosing to forgive (and you may have to “practice” forgiveness – do it over and over until you find you have no more emotion about the original wrong) is the ONLY way to have a peaceful and successful life.
Thanks, TC! I needed this!! Desperately. You CAN forgive and forget. But first you have to forgive BEFORE you can forget.

So true TC.We have to forgive so we can be forgiven. I have struggled with this in the past, but now i let my Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ handle it. You have to let it go or it will prevent you from living the life the Lord wants us to live. God Bless.

My Husband and I separated 4 months ago after 34yrs of horrible-angry-marriage. He was always a DREAM KILLER FOR ME, and a very big part of why I have had so little confidence in my self. He never supported anything i ever wanted to do. And I left alot of dreams abandoned along the wayside…
YES…this BREAKUP…was something that we should have done many yrs. ago because we have always had so little in common, so we constantly argued & disagreed on everything. We had so much disrespect for one another and we raised our Sons with so much hatefulness toward each other that it’s a wonder they turned out so well! We’d always fight but never really appologize much or make up after words… we never ever buried the hatchet. That ol handle was always hanging out leading us into another ugly turmoil!.
It is very hard for me still.
I’m waking up every morning with a continual horrible Sick…GUT Wrenching emptiness inside of me. I have prayed so much asking God to help me so i can stop feeling this terrible pain.
While watching this video of yours I now realize why I haven’t been able to move on with my life…I need to swallow my foolish pride, and tell my EX that i will never excuse his many transgressions against me, our marriage, our Sons and our family as a whole. But I do forgive him and want him to know that so that I may put it all away and get on with my life and future.
I know that God has started answering my prayers by leading me here to your words. It was the first move in the right direction.
I don’t know why I found you and Vickie, but I guess my wanting to study your “out of state deals” system has brought me here. I got alot out of your words of wisdom and I am so thankful that you had it on sale for me a few days ago. I couldn’t have afforded it any other way because I have no income. I have a back injury from physical abuse inflicted by my EX.
My 4 tenants and a newly found biz partner/companion are paying my mortgage payment and utilities until I have my back operated on and until I get some L O deals going. I’m SOOO on fire to do real estate investing. It is becoming a passion. I have studied Wendy Patton’s Lease options, and Coop..Lease options over the last few months. Your Out of State deals just added to what i have already learned so i am equipped with what i need” in and out” of my Home State of Oregon. I admire your frank, no beating around the bush, yet HONEST approach in teaching. My Dad has always been a man of his word when conducting his business and I want to be the daughter he continues to be proud of. I am doing my business of investing to help sellers sell and tenant buyers with blemished credit to get their homes. And if i make money doing just that…then that will be FROSTING on my cake! I hope you’ll continue to bless me with your knowledge and helpful videos both for investing and for my saved spirit. I am looking forward to some day soon waking up without that dreadful emptiness. I hope it will be replaced with the new excitement of a new BUSY financially secure future as a caring and compassionate RE investor! Once again….Thank YOU and mostly thanks for letting God lead you into my life!

Ps… I wish you both lived here close so I could meet you and be mentored by you. I’m planning to go to my area REI meeting on the first wed. of Nov. to see if I can find me a mentor in case I come across any questions in doing my paperwork on deals. That is the scariest thing to me. I’m afraid of forgetting something or going against the laws. I sure can’t afford to botch anything at all.
If you can think of any pointers for me PLEASE DO Reply Back…
